I have a '05 Hyosung Rally in red. I took out the transsmission restrictor, and I've clipped the rpm restriction, next is a Technigas pipe and a set of roller weights. I hear there is a restrictor plate inbetween the carb and the manifold so I'll be getting that out too.

so basically i'm hoping that once the bike is ready I'll find someone else her in Gainesville who wants to ride!

Oh, I thought that you had already done the restrictor in the carburetor. You will notice a big increase in power from just that derestriction and then the exhaust. Are you getting the Next R? It looks sweet and is the one I plan on getting.
Put up a couple fliers, see if we can get some Gainseville people on here.

P.S. So, the SF50 is sitting in the showroom right now with a shit motor in it. The bike does not even run. But, there is supposed to be a new, dyno-tuned motor in the works. Every time I try to find out when it is coming, it seems like it hasn't even been shipped. Those lazy bastards.

So I put the Technigas Next R pipe on my Rally today, and later did the
Tranny weights, well now it's running crappy,
I wonder if now it's "unbalanced" ya'know 'cause I haven't pulled that
plate out from under the carb.
gonna be awhile before I can get the time to get in there and pull that.
this sucks, I can't really ride it until I fix it, it's leveling off at 25 MPH! Gettin' the Rally Ready! Icon_pale

Definitely man, I don't know how you are still riding around with the restrictor in. Did you buy your bike at Solano in Gainseville? If so, then they should have done that before ever giving you the bike. I am hoping to be able to ride my SF50 by this weekend with exhaust and roller weights. I was thinking of just putting on an air filter until I do the build, but I am afraid it might bog down too much from all of the extra air.
I hope you can get that restrictor off soon, the bike is completely different without it.

Well i just took out that restrictor plate and that was the whole problem.
I bought my bike from Solano in Gainesville, I think Bryan was busy when they got my bike in. I've been toying with it since the beginning of the summer semester at Santa Fe Community College and slowly learning the differences between a CH-46 helicopter that I used to work on and the scooter I now ride!
